This superb modern villa has the luxury of being on a small impressive complex with amenities on site (two swimming pools, restaurant, bar and pool bars during high season), as well as being tucked nicely away in the hillside, just a mile away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Peniscola and its vast stretches of sandy beaches.
Gardens and sun terraces surround the villa, with sun beds, table/chairs and bar-b-cue on the back terraces. Steps lead to the large balcony where you’ll find an additional table and chairs where you can sit and dine 'al fresco' with stunning views of the mountains and the sea. The villa is on two levels. There are two sets of French doors on the lower level leading into the spacious lounge, with sky 37'' TV and DVD - with English freeview channels. There’s a fully fitted kitchen (including microwave and fridge/freezer) and two double bedrooms on this floor (one has a double bed and the other is a twin - bunk beds with the bottom bunk pulling out to a double) and a family size bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor where there’s a further double bedroom, additional family bathroom and a small balcony with views across the mountains. The villa will sleep 6/7 people maximum. The washing machine is situated in the alcove below the property.
We’ve taken great care with the décor and furnishings to create a stylish and welcoming interior. And an additional must for the summer months is the fact that the villa is fully air conditioned, which converts to central heating during the winter months.
We operate a 'no smoking' policy in this villa. Prices quoted are for the villa per week and include all bed linen (changed weekly) and cleaning on arrival at the end of your stay - towels can be hired locally. The changeover day is a Saturday. Prices range from £595 in low season to £795 in high season. There are no 'under occupancy' charges.
