This superb modern villa has the luxury of having its own private swimming pool with sun loungers and terraces to the rear of the property. With the added benefit of being on a small impressive complex with amenities on site, you also have the option of using the two communal swimming pools as well as child's pool and outdoor play area, and (pool bar - peak season only). We are nicely tucked away in the hillside, just a few minutes from the centre of Peniscola and its vast stretches of sandy beaches, trendy cocktail bars and good restaurants, as well as plenty of shops. As well as the communal Wifi available we have installed our own personal Wifi system at the villa. The villa sleeps 6.
Gardens and sun terraces surround the villa, with sun beds, table/chairs and bar-b-cue. Steps lead to the large balcony where you’ll find an additional table and chairs where you can sit and dine 'al fresco' with stunning views of the mountains and the sea. The villa is on two floors. There are two sets of French doors on the ground floor leading into the spacious lounge, with freeview 37'' TV and DVD - we also have a Humax box which enables us to get a good selection of channels. . There’s a fully fitted kitchen (including microwave and fridge/freezer) and two double bedrooms on this floor (one has a double bed and the other is a twin) and a family size bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor where there’s a further double bedroom, additional family bathroom and a small balcony with views across the mountains. The washing machine is situated in the alcove below the lounge.
We’ve taken great care with the décor and furnishings to create a stylish and welcoming interior. And an additional must for the summer months is the fact that the villa is fully air conditioned, which converts to central heating during the winter months.
We operate a 'no smoking' policy in this villa. Prices quoted are for the villa per week and include all bed linen and towels. Wherever possible, we are flexible on changeover days.
Prices range from £600 in low season to £1200 in high season. There are no 'under occupancy' charges. We also have a 3 bed without pool available. Please view the Peniscola House if you are interested in maybe travelling with family and friends and renting the two villas.
