quality villas in the best locations

Spain’s Valencian coast, known as the Costa D’Azahar is home to a stunning number of attractions, from lovely beaches, a warm climate, quaint hilltop towns and medieval castles to the wonderful city of Valencia itself.

We have villas in both Peniscola and Andalucia.

In 1972 Peniscola was declared by the Ministry of Education as having historical and artistic heritage.  Taking a stroll in this town is a delight all year round as Peniscola enjoys typically Mediterranean weather, in which extreme temperatures are very moderate, even in the wintertime.

Peniscola has more than three kilometres of fine golden sand.  It has two excellent beaches – one of them spreading along the promenade at the north side of its historic castle, and the second in a bay to the south.  They both offer numerous sporting activities.  Sunbathe while the children enjoy the numerous play areas scattered along the beach, enjoy the pedal-boats, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, jet-skis, beach volleyball, to name just a few.  There’s also golf within a 15-minute drive.

Peniscola has traditionally been a favourite destination for many Spanish and foreign tourists (Dutch and French) who have a liking for the hustle and bustle of the summer months and the peaceful tranquillity that seems to envelop the placing during the rest of the year.    Peniscola is famous for its beautiful medieval castle, Papa Luna.  The winding streets and white-washed houses of the old city are filled with history and tradition, and the many festivals held there are a favourite with everyone.  The many stylish restaurants will meet the requests of the most demanding gourmets. Peniscola has lots of trendy cocktail bars and restaurants and holds its annual festival the first weekend in September.

There are so many places to visit if you want to venture further afield - the natural lakes, the ancient city of Morella, the water park at Bennicasm, the bio zoo at Valencia, Barcelona and lots more.  Tourist information kiosks can be found on the main promenades.
