Casa De Sol Esferes is a beautiful detached villa with its own private pool and gardens, built and equipped to a very high standard. The property is a 30 minute drive from Malaga International Airport.
The villa can sleep 8 and comprises:
• Superb fully fitted kitchen with 2 x fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and all
kitchen accessories. The dining table seats 8.
• Spacious lounge with Sky TV (English channels), DVD and stereo. The lounge has air conditioning.
• Master bedroom with en suite (shower, bath, bidet and toilet), double bed and air conditioning.
• 2 x Double bedrooms, both with 2 twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and fans. One of the bedrooms has a further
ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and vanity unit.
• Ground floor bathroom with toilet, shower, vanity unit and bidet.
• Ground floor salon/lounge that can convert into the fourth bedroom, with two sofa beds that pull out into three quarter
beds as opposed to single.
• Large outdoor private pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers. The pool is 7m x 4m and 1.5m depth. It's good for
children as it has steps to the side for easy entry and is also easy for them to paddle as there are two steps then a
little platform, then another two steps to the pool bottom.
• BBQ area with sink and preparation area as well as outdoor dining table and chairs.
• Rooftop terrace with upstairs veranda.
We operate a 'no smoking' policy in this villa. Prices quoted are for the villa per week and include all bed linen (changed weekly), towels (not beach towels) and cleaning at the end of your stay. The changeover day is a Friday.
Prices range from £495 in low season to £895 in high season.
