This modern house has the luxury of being on a small impressive complex with amenities on site (two swimming pools and pool side bar during peak season), as well as being tucked nicely away in the hillside, just a mile away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Peniscola and its vast stretches of sandy beaches. You can easily walk into the resort - approximately 15 minutes along the coast road.
Gardens surround the house and garage and there’s additional parking available too. The house is on two levels. On the lower level you’ll find a spacious lounge, with Flat screen TV and DVD, plus Wifi. There’s a large fully fitted kitchen (including microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher) and spacious dining area, as well as two double bedrooms (one is a twin) and a family size bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper level where there’s a further double bedroom and family bathroom – the house sleeps 6/8. There’s also the added benefit of a washing machine in the garage.
An additional must for the summer months is the fact that the villa has full air conditioning, which converts to central heating during the winter if you’re planning an ‘out of season’ visit to the area.
We operate a 'no smoking' policy in this villa. Prices quoted are for the villa per week and includes all bed linen and towels. The villa will be cleaned on arrival at the end of your stay. The changeover day is flexible. Prices range from £600 in low season to £900 in high season. Prices quoted are for the accommodation per week. There are no under occupancy charges.
