This stylish villa can comfortably accommodate up to seven people. It is very tastefully furnished & fully air conditioned. Briefly it comprises: entrance vestibule, providing access to the lounge with separate dining area, fully fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher and a washing machine & the first bathroom. If required, the sofa in the lounge converts into a double bed.
A marble staircase leads up to the first floor of the villa, where there are three bedrooms, comprising, one double bedroom complete with an en-suite, one twin bedroom & one single bedroom & a further bathroom.
All bedrooms have doors which open onto small balconies. The staircase continues upwards to a mini kitchen with doors leading onto the large roof terrace. Here you will find loungers which allow private sunbathing on the large roof terrace, the 360 degree views from here are most spectacular.
Externally, the villa boasts its own private swimming pool & garden. There are patio areas off the lounge, dining area & kitchen. A large brick built BBQ is located on the patio adjacent to the kitchen.
We operate a 'no smoking' policy in this villa. Prices quoted are for the villa per week and include all bed linen (changed weekly), towels (not beach towels) and cleaning at the end of your stay. Changeover day is a Saturday - there may be flexibility in low season.
Prices range from £460 in low season to £700 in high season for a 3 bed villa with private pool and £400 in low/£610 in high for a 3 bed villa without private pool.
