These superb villas are very elegantly furnished. With large garden terraces, seating 6-8 people, good size pool as well as a roof terrace (with kitchenette), the villas offer a vast amount of additional space where you can relax in private. It is its diverse duality that makes the residence unique. An ideal getaway for families, the gated community and eclectic facilities will keep children of all ages entertained. The four bed villas are in a good position and face east overlooking the lake and surrounding nature. Some also have beautiful sea views from the roof terrace.
The villas are spacious and sleep 7/8. The ground floor consists of living room (with tv - satellite or cable - DVD and CD), dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including oven, grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, iron and ironing board and all cooking utensils. The kitchen leads out to the spacious terrace and garden where you will find an outdoor charcoal grill/bar-b-que. The private pool is in front of the villa. There is one bedroom on the ground floor as well as a family bathroom.
Stairs lead to the second floor where there are three good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed with ensuite bathroom and a lovely terrace. Bedroom two has a large double bed and bedroom three has two single beds. Some villas also have a sofa bed. There is an additional bathroom on the first floor. The three bathrooms consist of two with shower enclosure, sink and toilet, the third with bath with shower, sink and toilet.
Stairs lead to the third floor where you will find the roof terrace for private sunbathing!

We operate a 'no smoking' policy in the villas. Prices quoted are for the villa per week and include all bed linen (changed weekly), towels (not beach towels) and cleaning at the end of your stay. Changeover day is a Saturday - there may be flexibility in low season.
Prices range from £565 in low season to £795 in high season for a 4 bed villa with private pool. There are also some luxury 4 beds which start from £670 in low season rising to £910 in high.
