This lovely detached villa, with private secure gardens and pool is ideally situated being less than 200m from the resort centre of Los Delfines and Cala n' Blanes. The excellent location means that you do not have to hire a car while on holiday as you can walk up into the centre of the resort. Here you will find a beach train and bus services into Ciutadella and the neighbouring resorts. If you feel energetic there is a walk way into Ciutadella from the resort – approx 20 minute walk, 5 minute drive.
The villa is nicely furnished, is all on one level, so suitable for wheelchair access, and has air conditioning in all three bedrooms as well as the lounge. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin. There are two double beds plus two twin beds and there is an extra ‘put up’ bed available if you need to sleep 7. The main bedroom has en suite facilities and in addition there is a family bathroom. Both the lounge and kitchen have patio doors leading onto the sun terraces and pool area. The villa is equipped with oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and Cable TV.
The sun terraces are furnished with 4 x sun loungers, table/chairs (to seat 6), outside shower and bar-b-cue. The gardens are completely private and secure, with lockable gates.
We operate a 'no smoking' policy in this villa. Prices quoted are for the villa per week and include all bed linen (changed weekly), towels (not beach towels) and cleaning at the end of your stay. Changeover day is a Friday.
